CATERING SERVICE OPTIONS

When choosing Chill Out Beverage Company to cater frozen desserts at your next special event, there are many packages and options to choose from. In order to accommodate our customers needs, we offer self-service as well as full-service options. 

 

Self Service: We set it up and you take over providing your own scoopers (family members, friends or if a corporate event....the boss!).  Some set-up and take down assistance may be required.

 

Full Service: Chill Out Beverage Company's hospitality staff will gladly handle all set-up, event service (3 hours) and take down.

Minimum Order: A minimum order of $350 is required.

​

Guaranteed Count: A guaranteed count must be received 72 hours prior to your event. You will be billed for the guaranteed count plus any additional guests served. A 50% deposit is required when you confirm your date. Balance is due at the time of your event.

 

Menu Prices: All menu pricing quoted is per person and include All-You-Can-Eat! Only the full service package includes three hours of serving time. Additional labor charges will be added when our hospitality staff is required for more than 3 hours.

Mileage: All catering services outside of a 20 mile radius are subject to a drop off and set up fee depending on distance. An outside radius fee will be determined. Contact us for a quote.

What We Provide

 

  1. Complete set-up of our carts tastefully decorated to match your theme.

  2. Your choice of three flavors of our freshly made premium homemade ice cream, gelato or sorbet. Additional flavors can be added for an additional charge. All flavors must be chosen one week prior to the event.

  3. For the packages that include cones, we provide regular Joy cake cones. For an additional charge, we also offer Joy waffle cones or our very own freshly made waffle cones and bowls that can be customized to match the colors of your theme. We love to grant special requests!

  4. If choosing the Sundae Bar or Banana Split Packages - twelve toppings of your choice set up in an elegant cascading arrangement.

  5. All paper products - napkins, spoons, straws (if ordering floats) and disposable dishes. For the upscale events, clear sundae dishes and champagne glasses are available for an additional charge.

  6. For those choosing the Full Service option, our professionally dressed hospitality staff will serve your guests.

  7. Complete clean up and packaging of remaining toppings.
